Contributors who are interested to donate for the Alpha Foundation can avail the Online Donation facility by filing their details in the Online Donation form by making payment online using credit card (VISA, MasterCard and Citibank cards) through secure Internet Payment Gateway.

The Payment site (https://www.secure.icfai.org) is a Verisign Certified Secure Site with 128-bit SSL Encryption technology.

The Secure Internet Payment Gateway ensures protection of customer information. The complete payment process is secured through Citibank/ICICI Bank's 128-bit SSL Encryption technology for transmission of messages from Customer PC to the Internet Payment Gateway. This encryption makes interception impossible.

To make a successful donation online, please go through the following steps.

1. Fill in the online donation provided at the end of the page and submit.

2. It will take you to the "Credit Card billing details" page. Here you will be required to provide your details like Name on card, Billing address and Telephone Number. Under "Payment Options", you may select ICICI Bank/Citibank Payment Gateway. Under Citibank's Payment Gateway, select the Single Payment/EMI Option. After this, click on the "Submit" button. Clicking on the "Submit" button will take you to the respective payment gateway selected by you.

3. On the Payment Gateway:

1. Please enter your 15/16 digit Card number correctly

2. Please enter the card expiry date in the MM-YY format only

3. Enter your 'Card Verification Number /Card Verification Code (CVV) if you are using Visa/Master Card. (You can find your three digit card verification number in the signature area on the back of the Credit Card)

4. Enter "Name on card" if you have selected ICICI Payment Gateway.

5. We require for your safety and security, that you enter your Card Verification Number, if it is available. If it is not available, please try using a different Credit Card

6. Enter your HPIN Number (Internet PIN/Personal identification Number issued by Citibank for its customers) too if you are using Citibank Card.

7. Make sure to press the 'Submit' button only once (on the Payment Gateway screen). Clicking of 'Submit' button for the second time may result in Charging of your Card for the second time. So, we recommend you to wait for a while, in order to transmit your data to the Payment Gateway Server.

8. After submitting your Credit Card details, the Payment Gateway will authorize the credit card and then online authorization will be received from the bank along with Order No.

9. Click "Continue" button on that page. You will be taken to the website.

10. DO NOT CLOSE the browser window till you are taken back to website. If you close the window, your transaction will be incomplete and you not be able to receive any information from the Alpha Foundation.

11. The Transaction status (Transaction Confirmation/Failure) is displayed in the browser.

12. You would also receive an email confirmation message with the transaction details and the Order No. Please quote this Order No. if you wish to seek any information regarding  online payment and your donation.
